JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To carry out Land and Wayleaves acquisition activities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquisition of wayleaves for new projects
2. Investigation and resolution of wayleaves complaints
3. Maintain a trustworthy archive system for all wayleaves records
4. To assist in the acquisition of Land for the Client

Required Qualifications: Degree in Land Economics/Valuation Surveying

Relevant Experience: 2 years

Personal Attributes/Competencies:
1. Knowledge of electricity network planning and construction techniques
2. Knowledge of Property Valuation
3. Knowledge of the Land Act of 1998
4. Knowledge of the Electricity Act of 1999
5. Possession of good Negotiating skills
6. Good communication skills
7. Ability to speak various languages
8. Knowledge of MS Office Packages
