Aviva Elite Developers is seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As our Web Developer, you will be responsible for managing our digital marketing efforts, creating and maintaining our website, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain our website to ensure it is optimized for performance and user experience
• Manage our digital marketing campaigns and social media presence to promote our brand and increase engagement with our customers
• Implement SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that aligns with our brand and messaging
• Continuously monitor and analyze website performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development and digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of work
• Solid knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
• Proficient in SEO strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Assignment: Build a Full-Stack Web Application for a Bookstore
Objective: The objective of this assignment is to test your ability to build a full-stack web application from scratch. You will be expected to design and implement a responsive web application that allows users to browse and purchase books from an online bookstore. The application should include both a front-end and a back-end component, and you will be evaluated on your ability to create a functional and visually appealing user interface, as well as your proficiency in implementing a RESTful API, database, and server-side scripting.

Requirements:
• Use clean and formatted CSS, JS, HTML for the front end
• Ensure it is desktop and mobile friendly
• Ensure SEO best practices
• Must be visually appealing
• You can use a front-end framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, to create a responsive user interface for the bookstore
• Implement a RESTful API using a back-end framework, such as Express, Flask, or Django, to handle user authentication, book search and retrieval, and order processing
• Use a database, such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL, to store book and user data
• Implement server-side scripting using a language such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby to handle server-side logic and data processing
• Use Git and Github to manage version control and collaborate with the team


Functionality:
• Users should be able to create an account and log in to the application
• Users should be able to browse books by category, search for books by title or author, and view detailed information about individual books
• Users should be able to add books to a shopping cart and proceed to checkout to complete their order
• Admin users should be able to add and remove books from the database, and view order information for all users

Deliverables:
• A link to the live web application hosted on a server or hosting platform of your choice
• All source code and assets used to create the web application, including front-end and back-end code, database scripts, and server-side scripts
• A brief explanation of your thought process and design decisions

How we work
• This product operates primarily on a business-to-consumer (B2C) model, selling pre-designed houses directly to consumers.

• A consumer already in possession of vacant land would select a house design from our catalogue of pre designed houses for us to construct for them. We offer a variety of options to suit different budgets and preferences, with price points. This price includes the cost of construction and all other associated costs until the completion of the construction.
• The selected design can be customised slightly to fit the consumer’s unique needs.
• The house is then built for the customer by Aviva on their land and handed over when all construction is complete.
• The houses will be built using high-quality materials and will be constructed to meet or exceed all relevant building codes and regulations.
