COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• In charge of combining management skills with an extensive knowledge of welding process and economics to plan, staff, monitor and safely deliver welding projects as per schedule.
• Must Initiate, coordinate and enforce production, safety and quality systems, policies and procedures
• Must ensure all welding activities on site to be compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Responsible for the preparation and verification of the product welding process
• Responsible for timely handling of technical problems in the production site and preparation of product procurement technical documents.
• Evaluate the production capacity of the operators and the production capacity of the production equipment,
• Responsible for the technical guidance of international welding factory certification and annual review according to relevant requirements.
• Responsible for cooperating with the Quality Assurance Department to make applicability judgments and disposal opinions on substandard products.

Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Welding, engineering technology, and any other related majors.
• Must have over 7-years of experience in static equipment management.
