Well Wellpads Supervisor

On behalf of our Client in the Extractives sector, we are looking for (a) competent individual(s) to fill the following position:
Job Title: Wellpads Supervisor
Reports to: Wellpads Superintendent
Direction: Tilenga Project
Location: Kampala
Main Accountabilities
• Support the Wellpads Superintendent to ensure work progress in the dedicated area of the construction site.
• Ensure that Contractors/Subcontractors progress on the appropriate high-priority work-fronts as per the Level-3 Schedule.
• Support the Wellpads Superintendent supervising and monitoring Contractors/Subcontractors activities in the Wellpads area in order to ascertain that the installation will be done as per drawings, specifications, procedures, cost and schedule meeting HSE and Quality requirements and expectations.
• Ensure flow of information is effective between Construction Team, Commissioning Team and the rest of the Project team as required.
• Liaise with all the Superintendents and Supervisors to make sure that the
construction complies with all Project Design Documentation, with Company
Ramp-up Period & Production Plateau: ESP Management (Efficiency& MTBF Improvement)
• In collaboration with dedicated Well Perf Team and ESP contractors: Continuous Trouble shooting, Failure cause analysis – Post Mortem.
• Corrective actions
Wells Integrity.
• In collaboration with Integrity team, Well Perf and Field Ops Teams implement a well Integrity management.
• Sand & Deposit (Wax, Scales....) Management Integrity Monitoring.
• Wells & Network interventions
Digital & Data Management.
• Contribute to the implementation of digital solution. Qualification:
• Petroleum Industry MSc (or equivalent professional experience). Academic training in G&W or GSR.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of international experience in O&G EP positions (D&W, GSR or FOPS).
• Past exposure to operations is an advantage.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
