Ground ambulances, Air Medical Evacuation/Rescue, Medical Escort services, Trauma Bags, ALS medical doctors and paramedics and Remote Medical Clinics.
Our Ambulances and Air Charters are fully equipped and facilitated by qualified, professional and experienced medical personneland paramedics. We work 24/7hrs and also extend our services to various events and persons.
Job Title : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.

A Business Development Manager is a senior role, and as such has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfill, with both short and long-term goals to achieve..
Key Roles & Responsibilities
a. Develop sales and marketing plans and strategies for long term business growth while achieving the company’s revenue goals.
b. Manage key customer relationships and lead the development and closing of all strategic customer opportunities.
c. Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
d. Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
e. Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
f. Assimilate and communicate market segment research and competitor analysis.
g. Explain to prospective clients about our products and services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
h. Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
i. Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
j. Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
k. Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
l. Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
m. Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
n. Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
o. Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
a. At least 2 years focused on either sales and/or marketing.
b. Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
c. Proficiency with organized data entry & data analysis using MS Excel.
d. Basic knowledge of economic principles.
e. Very well organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task multiple projects & priorities at one time.
f. Self-starter, able to think creatively and solve problems on the fly in order to accomplish the goal.
g. Very good with people; Confident but empathetic; Results-oriented person who plays to win but strives for mutual benefit.
h. Must enjoy being with customers, attending to their needs and satisfying customers regardless of income categories and backgrounds.
i. Keywords: Convenience; Sales; Management; Marketing; Delivery Preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any relevant field.
• Knowledge of the Uganda market.
