Overview
Our client, a life assurance company with a good track record of delivering customer centric insurance services, is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to steer the helms of affairs in its next phase of development.
A suitable candidate must possess a good first degree preferably in business administration or related field. An ideal candidate would be required to have at least a Diploma in Insurance from a recognized insurance professional body or awarding institution.
Possession of a master's degree certificate would be an advantage. The candidate should have experience in developing business strategies and business plans as well as have cross-functional leadership skills and be able to lead a multicultural and dynamic workforce.
