JOB DETAILS:2 Collections Supervisor SME (Small & Medium Enterprises) Product
Key duties/responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce and manage default rate and efficient management of the loan portfolio
• Coaching on negotiation skills and best options available in collecting from hardcore clients.
• Keep litigation cases low and ensure court matters are settled amicably and avoid unnecessary wastage.
• Effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
• Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring performances and motivating loan officers to improve their performance.
• Instilling discipline among Loan officers in regards to collections.
• Ensure and maintain a good culture within the officers and continuously encourage cohesiveness.
• Implement strategies that increase collection efficiency.
• Ensure that the SME officers are proficient with standard operating procedures and 100% implementation of the Delinquency Escalation Processes.
• Create an enabling relationship with the other departments and ensure all stakeholders understand our processes.
• Work closely with the customer service department and ensure implementation of strategies that enables us satisfy our customers.
• Train field officers on the importance of valuing our customers and ensure SME team has customer centered culture
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in a related role in a Financial Institution.
• Computer Knowledge.
• Excellent Numerical and Analytical Skills

• Verify materials available for all scheduled outages/planned and emergent work.
• Provide supply chain input for vehicle/construction equipment maintenance strategies when requested

• Prepare and update project programs to incorporate feedback from disciplines and produce appropriate control reports to suit the project requirements.
• Respond to the requirements of the project under the direction of the Lead Planning Engineer
• Incorporate interface requirements between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Fabrication, Installation, and Commissioning as appropriate into project programs.
Qualifications Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 plus years of relevant experience and recognized expertise in large international onshore/offshore oil and gas projects with 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6

• Prepare Subcontract deliverables to include Project Procedures,
• Prepare RFQ Packages, Commercial Bid Analysis (CBE), and coordination of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)
• Managing the training and advancement of local employees and ensuring that knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures
Qualification Requirements:
• BSc degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar professional qualification
• At least 6 years of experience in Subcontract administration activities on EPC projects in the Oil and Gas industry with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of post-award subcontract management & execution

• Prepare, analyze, evaluate, process, and present information and documentation relating to the Project budget and cost control activities.
• Provide key and reliable information with relevant supporting comments on the project execution, control, and monitor the Estimated Final Costs as a permanent provisional step.
Qualification Requirements:
• Engineering degree or accounting, Finance
• 6 years of project experience related to Project Cost control.
• Strong knowledge of Company Finance and Cost control processes.
