Responsibilities
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
• Ensure timely electrical trouble shooting and root cause analysis in case of break downs.
• Implement the preventive maintenance schedule for all factory electrical equipment.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps.
• Ensure maintenance of the factory power substations.
• Ensure safety at the workplace as per ISO and IEE standards
Required Qualification, Skills & Experience
• Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field and similar work environment.
• Knowledge of electronics systems is an added advantage.

• Test and inspect materials/products during all phases of production in order to ensure that they meet specified levels of quality.
• Collect, arrange, and deliver raw material samples, to third party for testing.
• Analyze raw material samples' test results.
• Ensure that measuring machinery and equipment are working properly
• Analyze records and evaluate weekly collected data collected by quality controllers, using statistical quality control procedures and write summaries about how well products conform.
• Interface between Roofings Ltd and the customers to solve products quality-related complaints that may occur
• Manage the day-to-day QC process which includes but is not limited to extracting collected data from registers and making summary daily reports.
Required Qualification, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 3 years’ experience in the same field and similar work environment.
• Good working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Demonstrated knowledge of various analytical standards techniques and procedures used in QC.

Job Overview
Under the supervision of The Medical Officer, the Laboratory technician will ensure laboratory services of all sites, are well planned for, provided with necessary resources and implemented in accordance with set policies and standards.
Roles and responsibilities
• Carry out phlebotomy.
• Keep accurate records of tests.
• Carry out laboratory tests and produce uncompromised results.
• Participate in development and implementation of laboratory standard of procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in Report writing by compiling reports on tests carried out at the clinic site.
• Receive, collect, transport, process and analyze lab experiments.
• Carry out quality control of lab reagents and equipment’s.
• Assist in drawing-up lab plans and budgets.
• Mentor the laboratory assistant, and any other trainees.
• Attend monthly Lab meetings and any other meetings that may arise.
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and ensure adherence.
• Promote the vision, mission and the values of IRC as expressed in the policies, regulations & guidelines of the Organization.
• Ensure health, safety, and security in your area of operation.

Qualifications
• Holds a diploma in Laboratory technology from a reputable institution.
• Must be registered with the Allied health professional council and have a valid practicing license.

5. Control overall standards of electrical work in the factory electrical workshop.
6. Allocate special tools and equipment to workers in the section.
7. Carryout the general overhauling of electrical equipment in the workshop during off crop and other major shutdowns.
8. Carrying out on job training for subordinate staff, management and Industrial trainees attached to the section.
9. Prepare and submit daily and other relevant periodical reports about all repair and maintenance activities carried out in the section to the repair & maintenance supervisor.

4. Star the condenser, vacuum system and maintain the cooling tower.
5. Monitor lube oil temperature, pressure and the PVR station.
6. Control the II extraction steam pressure and temperature flow.
7. Synchronize the turbine to the grid.
8. Clean the working environment.

1. Co-ordinate the repair and rectification of all breakdown contingencies, and ensure the smooth functioning of the electrical systems all through the production process.
2. Monitor and diagnose faults along the process flow line to ensure that electrical control parameter readings are maintained at normal levels.
3. Coordinate the general overhauling of electrical equipment in the workshop during off crop and other major shutdowns.
4. Check the attendance and punctuality of subordinates and allocate them work in order to optimize the shift manning levels.
5. Allocate special tools and equipment to subordinates in the section and also ensure their proper use.
6. Carry out on the job training of subordinate operatives, management and industrial trainees in order to enhance their skills development.
7. Initiate requisitions for spares and materials for the shift, and keep records of issues received and their utilization.
