JOB DETAILS:
Deputy Country Manager-Directional Drilling
• A Bachelor's degree or above in Logging equipment maintenance, Electronic automation, or any related majors.
• At least 10 years of working experience.
• Must assist in completing the work of functional departments and other projects of COSL Uganda SMC Ltd.
• Is responsible for organizing the training and assessment of the company's personnel, and promoting the progress of the company's employment localization.
• is responsible for organizing and coordinating the deployment, assembly, and maintenance of operation tools, instruments, and equipment
• Is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the annual renewal plan, repair plan and material plan.
• Is responsible for the coordination of crew and equipment, and management of equipment.
• Should master the principle and application of logging equipment. Should master the basic knowledge of logging data interpretation. Should master general maintenance and operation safety basic procedures. Should master the basic procedures of hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Must be familiar with Wireline logging, drilling engineering technology and other related business knowledge.

Responsibilities
• Submit daily production reports for the entire machines to Plant Manager.
• Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the product and process quality meet the required specifications.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.
• Plan and organize maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns.
• Report down time and possible trends.
• Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Undertake continuous training and development of Machine Operators and Assistant Machine Operators.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

Required Qualification, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years’ experience in the same field and similar work environment.
• Good working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Should independently determine approach and assign tasks.
• Great understanding of manufacturing processes
• Must be self-motivated and a great team player.
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
• Good planning and prioritizing activities.
• Ability to manage group to achieve goals within budget
• Good understanding of Health and Safety practices.

JOB DETAILS:
2 Downhole Tools Specialist
• A minimum of College degree or above in Petroleum Engineering Mechanical Engineering/Oilfield Chemical Application, etc. A minimum of 5years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, and 3 years minimum experience in Petroleum Engineering Service, and CMT tools
• Operation & Maintenance. I Must be familiar with drilling technology, fluids (cementing and drilling and
completion fluids) technology, and processes.
• 1 Must obey and implement the HSE laws and regulations of the region country
• and participate in activities of HSE culture development. Participate in HSE training and drills such as firefighting, earthquake, etc. which are organized by company/clients.
• Should implement HSE procedures, STOP, JSA, and Safety Suggestions of the company.
• Should assist the superior to implement the Oilfield Chemicals Project
• Management Regulation and Policies. I Must perform Pre-job check, and operate and maintain the tools listed in the Career Development Matrix.
• Must complete the maintenance record, the problem report, and KPI as pre-PMS and complete the handover report in detail.

JOB DETAILS:
Kingfisher Executive Director
• Minimum of a College degree or above in Drilling, Cementing, Fishing operation, Electronic automation, or the related majors apply.
• 10 years of experience in the drilling industry.
• Must be responsible for the administration of drilling platforms, and organize on-site health, safety, environmental management, and risk control. Must be responsible for production organization and operation management, must cooperate closely with Party A in the on-site HSE supervision and management, and strictly implement the company management system.
• Must be responsible for the approval and signature of daily operation permits and risk identification
• Must be responsible for the formulation and approval of various emergency plans, and organize emergency exercises regularly.
• Is responsible for the training of new empicyees, the implementation of new technology, new equipment field tests, and application promotion.
• Must be familiar with the operating standards of various working conditions and must be proficient in using wells and various equipment.
• Must be familiar with equipment testing standards like (cat3 and cat5) and computer skills to meet the needs of the position
