JOB DETAILS:
Newrest Uganda Inflight Services is a Catering Company offering Inflight/Onboard Catering services and Corporate Catering with various retail outlets within Entebbe International Airport.
Newrest is looking for a qualified and experienced person to fill the following position:
Reporting: To General Manager and based in Entebbe.
Key Result Areas:
• Oversees and supervises all operational aspects of the project.
• Ensures Quality and profitability targets are met.
• Ensure that menu specifications / recipes are adhered to at all times.
• Responsible for coordinating and receiving items on time.
• To provide timely and quality meals to the clients.
• Ensure proper system of replenishment of orders made.
• Make requisitions as required and liaise with procurement for proper replenishment of supplies.
Qualification and Experience:
• At least a degree in Projects Management or a related field
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a reputable Company
