About the Company
Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive strategic financial leadership and operational excellence. The organization is undergoing an exciting transformation and is looking for a seasoned professional to lead its financial strategy, ensure compliance, and enhance overall financial performance.

Role Overview
As CFO, you will be a critical member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and driving the business toward operational and financial excellence. You will play a key role in decision-making, providing strategic financial insights, and leading a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership:
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals.
• Drive long-term financial planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Provide strategic advice to the Board and Executive Leadership on financial matters.

Financial Operations:
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
• Manage cash flow, capital planning, and cost control initiatives.

Performance and Growth Management:
• Lead financial analysis to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Support operational efficiency by implementing financial best practices and technology solutions.

Team Leadership:
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the finance function.

Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or a professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.

Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Proven track record as a CFO or similar senior finance role, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.

Skills:
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
