JOB DETAILS:
We are hiring a Chinese translator to join our Dynamic team at Meilin international Casino Uganda. In this role, you will support our translation efforts by converting spoken and written content from one language to another while ensuring meaning, context, and tone are preserved. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about languages and eager to enhance their translation skills in a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide on-site interpretation (Chinese-English, Local lunguages) for business and daily communications.
- Deliver high-quality interpretation services during client meetings, exhibitions, and training sessions to ensure smooth communication.
-Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure timely delivery of translated materials and adherence to quality standards
-Facilitate efficient communication among multinational employees within the company, improving team collaboration.
-Researching technical or industry terminology.
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Fllexibility to travel during day to day operations
-High integrity, attention to detail, and strong ethical standards
- Have excellent expression and communication ability
-A team player with excellent people skills, must be culturally sensitive
