JOB DETAILS:

Requirement
• Demonstratedat least 8 Years of evaluation experience on livelihoods, asset creation and resilience sectors
• Demonstrated evaluation experience with UN, like WFP, FAO and other UN agencies
• Extensive technical and operational experience in agriculture, livelihoods, food value chains, market development, agricultural economics, food systems, Food demand supply planning
• Knowledge on Food demand supply planning, Farm to market trade structures and the roles of different actors in the system
• Sound Knowledge and expertise on Evaluative methods
• Demonstrated working experience in Uganda
• Fluency in English, preferable knowledge of local languages in Uganda

Key Responsibilities
• Contribute/manage the development of Inception report, methodology and tools
• Supervision of the fieldwork in country for primary data collection (qualitative and quantitative)
• Responsible for writing fieldwork reports and supporting data analysis
• Contribute to drafting the final report

Estimate number of days – between 30 to 50 days from May to July 2023
