We’re currently looking for a motivated Online Content Posting Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate who is comfortable using computers, well-organized, and interested in web content work. Most of the work will be done remotely, but occasional office visits may be required.
Key Responsibilities
• Post 60+ job listings or pages on our website daily with accuracy and clarity.
• Assist in formatting and updating website content to maintain consistency.
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, phone, or email—answering inquiries and sharing updates.
• Help improve how content is shared and displayed on the site.
• Work with the team to keep the job board organized and up-to-date.
Ideal Candidate
• A degree in Business Computing, IT, or any related field.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web browsing.
• Able to work independently and manage time well.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Fast typing and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and grow in the online content field.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with WordPress or any website content system.
• Customer support experience (especially via WhatsApp).
• Basic graphic design or formatting knowledge is a plus.
