JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor education policies and programs in Bududa District.
- Supervise schools, teachers, and education staff to ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate examinations, inspections, and performance assessments.
- Advocate for inclusive education and support for vulnerable learners.
- Collaborate with the Ministry of Education and Sports on district-level initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; a Master’s is preferred.
- Registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education administration or leadership.
