JOB DETAILS:
Reports To: Project Director
Terms of Employment: Renewable Contract
Overall Purpose/Duties & Responsibilities:
• Act as a key liaison for sponsorship relations of the project.
• Serve as a church leadership consultant on matters based on children, donors, and sponsors.
• Advocate for children’s welfare and rights, implement and monitor sponsorship activities.
• Write and submit reports on performances in line with partnership agreements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Mature born-again Christian with a strong testimony.
• Holder of a degree in Social Work, Social Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, Mass Communication, or any other relevant field.
• Must have experience in records management, communication, and organizational skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a child-based organization.
