Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Strong financial and accounting background
• 3 years of experience in accounting and financing in an NGO setting Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinker
• Experience with budget management, financial reporting, tax management and cash flow
• MBA/CPA is an advantage
