Job Duties:

  • Plan, direct, and oversee all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
  • Manage F&B budgets, inventory, and staff scheduling.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and financial management skills.

Requirements:

  • At least a diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations.
  • Managerial experience (an added advantage).
