REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Background:
Marie Stopes UG (MSUG) has been working to provide voluntary family planning (FP) services to thousands of men and women across the country. MSUG is the largest, most specialized private FP and reproductive health (RH) organization working in every district of Uganda with approximately 64% of modern contraceptive market share for Long Acting and Permanent contraceptive methods. 90% of our clients are women living in rural and underserved areas where health services, particularly family planning are not readily available. MSUG is a key implementing partner of the Ministry of Health, particularly the division of Reproductive Health at Central, Regional and District levels. MSUG receives funding from UKAID and other donors.
Objective:
Marie Stopes UG hereby invites firms to submit proposals for the following consultancy
services:
Provision of creative, digital communications and Public Relations support services for Marie Stopes Uganda.
Request For Proposal (RFP) Documents: Interested eligible bidders are invited to request for soft copies of the RFP document through email on: MSUG.Procurement@mariestopes.or.ug
Sealing and labeling of proposals/bids: Bids are to be submitted in hardcopy sealed envelopes, clearly labelled as per instructions in the RFP Document.
Submission Instructions:
All applications are to be submitted and duly registered at the reception of our offices; Marie Stopes Uganda, Plot No 1020 Kisugu-Muyenga not later than dates stipulated in the schedule below.
The planned procurement schedule (Subject to changes) is as below.
