Clearance & Removal Of Overstayed Motor Vehicles At Mombasa And Cargo At The Customs Warehouse tender at Uganda Revenue Authority (URA)
Pursuant to S. 42 (1) of the East African Community Customs Management Act 2004, the Commissioner Customs requests the owners of goods that have exceeded their statutory clearance and warehousing period run-customed goods to clear the same within 30 days from the date of first publication of this Public Notice by paying all the requisite taxes, fees, penalties, fines and charges that will have accrued thereon.
All the goods that remain un-cleared after 30 days from the first publication of this notice shall be disposed of by way of public auction.

Please note that the following indicative storage charges shall be applicable for clearance of Motor vehicles out of Mombasa, and will be a one off payment. The fees will be charged in US Dollars but will be payable at the prevailing rates in Kenyan Shillings.

The successful bidders shall pay applicable registration fees in accordance with the prevailing motor vehicle registration rates.
Online viewing will run from May 26, 2025 to May 31, 2025. The bidding process will run from 01st June 2025 to 6th June 2025.
