Uganda National Roads Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

Consultancy Services for the Construction Supervision for the Design and Build of Iganga- Bulopa-Kamuli (56.3km) Road Upgrading Project.
Bid Closing Date

The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at: Uganda National Roads Authority-Headquarter,
Procurement and Disposal Unit,
1st Floor Block D,
Plot 3-5 New Port Bell Road,
UAP Nakawa Business Park,
Kampala, Uganda

The Pre-proposal meeting shall be held on 27th June 2024 at 10:00am
The consulting services shall be restricted to only local companies but may opt to associate with the foreign firms to improve their capabilities. A local company means a provider registered in Uganda with more than fifty percent of the company's share capital owned by Ugandan citizens.

Any form of canvassing or Lobbying for the tender shall lead to automatic disqualification
