INVITATION NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION FY 2024-2025 and 2025-2026
Rukiga District Local Government intends to prequalify shortlist firms for works, services & supplies accordance with open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Local Government's Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2023. Sealed Bids are invited from Competent eligible & registered Arms & individuals for prequalification & the exercise is open to all national eligible bidders.
LOT A SERVICES
• Provision of catering services
• Repair and maintenance of vehicles and Mater cycles including related supplies. Advertising & Media services
• Provision of Auctioning services
• General construction of Buildings Civil works and 01543555049420 in DFCU Bank Kabale Branch Renovations
• Design of Gravity Flow schemes
• Design of Motorized boreholes
FRAME WORK CONTRACTS
LOT B: SUPPLIES
• Supply of General office stationery, consumables fings, photocopying, binding & general printing. 2 Supply of Computers, printers, photocopying
• machines & their accessories
• Supply of fuel, lubricants, ols & general servicing of vehicles
• Supply of School Office furniture and Equipment 5. Supply of Curtains, Carpets, and all Office cleaning
• Supply of General Hardware equipments and building materials
• Supply of culverts of all sizes and make
• Supply of Road construction materials.
• Provision & Supply of District Staff identification Cards
• Supply of ICT equipment
• Supply of Laboratory chemicals
• Supply of motorcycles
• Supply of water quality testing t
• Supply of Domestic animals (pigs.goats.coms & beehives
• Supply of Sports Equipment
Interested bidders may upon payment of a non refundable fee of 50,000/= for each item to Ruga District Local Government General Fund Account request for bid documents from the PDU Office during working days & hours. Monday to Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm)
Two copies of bids must be properly sealed in envelopes clearly mariced Tender for & should be addressed to The Secretary Contracts Committee Rukiga District Local Government Po Box 83 kabale. Applicants for LOT B & C are required to make price quotations for
relevant items & shall be awarded frame work contracts.
Closing date for submission is 27/6/2024 at 10:00am in PDU Office after which bids will be opened at 11:00am in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. More terms & conditions are clearly spelt in the Bid Documents
