The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is Uganda's principal institution responsible for prosecuting criminal cases in the country. It operates under the mandate of the Constitution of Uganda and the Directorate of Public Prosecutions Act. The ODPP ensures justice is served by effectively prosecuting offenders while upholding the rule of law and protecting public interest.
This tender notice invites qualified suppliers to provide various goods and services to support the ODPP's operations. The successful bidders will be responsible for:
- Supplying high-quality vehicles, IT equipment, office supplies, and other essential items as specified in the tender documents.
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to ODPP offices across Uganda.
- Complying with all legal and regulatory requirements related to public procurement in Uganda.
- Maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the procurement process.
Interested bidders should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in supplying similar goods/services to government institutions.
- Financial capability to fulfill the contract requirements.
- Valid business registration and tax compliance certificates.
