JOB DETAILS:
Scope:
To oversee a team of valuers while ensuring to provide accurate and reliable property valuations to support property transactions, investment decisions, and financial assessments; ensuring compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics or Land Management & Valuation
o At least 6+ years’ experience in a similar role
o A professional member of The Institution of Surveyors of Uganda (MISU/RSU) or an MRICS registered
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 72
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
