JOB DETAILS:
At all times the job holder will:
• Follow the grievance procedure to receive, acknowledge, record, investigate, respond and close out all grievances.
• Engage relevant stakeholders at every stage of the grievance mechanism to ensure progress to deliver closure of grievances
• Undertake all the required reporting requirements using the available tools not limited to grievance form hard copies, grievance log sheet in excel and the social management database system – ISOMETRIX
• Make recommendations to enhancements of the grievance procedure in line with international best practice as well as any provisions required by the legislative framework of the state

Qualifications / Experience required.
• Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or related field

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in community development project environment and or in other similar (NGOs), advocating or negotiating favorable outcomes with external stakeholders with best practice grievance procedures.
• High Proficiency in the usage of computers and appropriate software’s such as Database software like Microsoft Access, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Social data software.
• High level of interpersonal skills and good verbal communication skills. Good analytical and reporting skills
