We are now preparing for our commercial launch in Uganda and seeking a driven, trustworthy individual to serve as the point of support for our customers.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support Associate who will manage front-office operations, act as Level 1 (L1) support, and assist with essential reporting. This role is key to building early trust with our customers and ensuring operational excellence as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Reception
- Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and visitors at our Kampala office.
- Handle basic customer queries, document collection, and onboarding support.
- Direct complex customer issues to relevant internal teams (L2/L3 escalation).
- Ensure a friendly, professional, and organized front-office experience.
Administrative Operations
- Manage incoming calls, scheduling, mail handling, and internal coordination.
- Support routine office functions, including inventory of supplies and vendor coordination.
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and visits.
Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Support
- Assist with compiling and submitting required monthly/quarterly reports to BOU.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all filings are timely and accurate.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing or administrative roles (front desk/reception preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—friendly, patient, and professional.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools.
- Familiarity with financial services or fintech environments is a plus.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask.
