ACTIVITIES
At all times the job holder will: Provides development support for employees within the project team:
• With regard to behavioral, managerial and leadership skills, by defining each employee’s development goals and proposing appropriate actions while drawing on available resources: evaluations, training, coaching, etc.
• By conducting career assessments at specified intervals or upon request.
• By defining objectives for each employee’s professional development within the position’s scope
• Manages mobility within their workforce:
• Provides for appropriate staffing for all jobs within the project team while monitoring compliance with Group policies and ensuring that resources and jobsSeaOwl Energy Services
• Providing global workforce solutions within the energy and renewables industries are allocated in a way that meets the organization’s needs. Including resourcing, talent development, job posting and recruitment agency coordination
• Ensures the integrity, transparency and fairness of the internal mobility process and plays a role in decision making.
• Coordinates mobility activities within the position’s scope, within the segment and across Total, including posting job openings and selecting candidates. Supports, challenges and develops managers in their role as manager-coach:
• Manages people reviews in an advisory role informed by their knowledge of the workforce and the key skills required for the métiers within the position’s scope.
• Develops talent pools for each métier. Assists the manager in creating individual training plans.
• Assesses the potential of employees within the position’s scope in order to identify candidates for the HP/HPG programs, bearing in mind Total’s policies on diversity.
• Advises and provides support to the manager regarding organizational issues, interpersonal relationships and psychosocial risks among team employees.
• Verifies that employee skill sets correspond to organizational needs as métiers evolve and works with management to define what resources will be needed over the medium/long term. Assists in identifying outside recruitment needs.
• Implements and helps to adapt [segment to add/modify as appropriate] HR policies relating to operating personnel (merit-based raises, AP, AIR, HP employees, etc.)and provides support for compliance with those policies.
• Assists in the job weighting process and in defining career paths. Serves as the primary HR liaison for team managers within the project team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Qualification: • Bachelors degree level with at least 8 years’ experience in both Administration and HR development.
Experience: • HR Professional Qualifications (CIPD & SHRM preferred).
• Mastery of HR tools, policies and practices.
• Knowledge and understanding of local labour markets and employment law regimes
• General knowledge of Oil & Gas operations
• Ability to work independently; big-picture perspective; team spirit; openmindedness; listening skills; ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction and influence; organizational skills; an interest in supporting teams and managers.
• Good communication, organizational skills, capabilities to take workload & work under pressure, able to work in a multicultural environment.
MISSIONS/JOB DIMENSIONS • Coordinates with Technical Administrators (TADM) for correct data input in Material Master Forms (MMF) ensuring to comply with group recommendation(short / long descriptions, classification, etc.) and to have HSE and QA/QC requirements embedded.
• Ensures consistency & quality of SAP Material Master creations for all materials(Stock items and Non-stock items) and support Key User for material management in SAP and BW.
• Manages planning for stock materials replenishment, to ensure availability for operational requirement, to avoid shortage of material, to optimize stock level and to reduce surplus.
• Works closely with Logistics / Warehouse to check physical inventory against SAP on regular basis, identifies any discrepancy and launches corrective actions promptly.
• Initiates and coordinates with TADMs for dead stock reduction regularly.
• Coordinates with TADMs for replenishment of material proposed by Material Replenishment Planning (MRP) in SAP for material optimization, cost avoidance and stock saving.
• Assists Partners' Inventory Audits at the warehouses.
• Manages all C&P stock transactions in SAP.
• Controls the various returned materials from drilling activities and liaises with Finance and TADMs for reintegration.
ACCOUNTABILITIES • To ensure that all stock items and their parameters are set to optimum level avoiding over stock as well as zero stock.
• To ensure physical stock replenishment and availability in accordance with parameters.
• To guarantee the accuracy and the updating of the stock database.
• To ensure that Financial and Physical stocks match each other.
• To identify, recommend and participate to all optimization actions in relation to stock (cost avoidance saving, stock reduction, optimization of stock level, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of international experience in managing Drilling & Wells related materials, with good understanding of Drilling Service field operations.
• Knowledge and understanding of drilling materials and procedures.
• Knowledge and understanding of inventory control and materials management processes.
• Understanding of material specification, certification, and verification processes.
• Understanding of the interfaces between materials function, user departments and Technical Administrators.
• Good inter-personal and analytical skills.
