JOB DETAILS:
Position Summary
The company is seeking an operations officer with good knowledge in logistics and clearing & forwarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily operations and processing of all FERI/COD applications on behalf of our clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all documents are collected to process client applications.
- Thoroughly check all documents before processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Handle queries professionally via email & phone.
- Maintain accurate records of processed applications.
Skills
- Flexibility Attention to detail and ability to interpret documents.
- Excellent adaptability, diplomacy, and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Knowledge of customs, logistics, and import/export processes.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Logistics; Degree is an advantage.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with using
