On behalf of our client Habitat For Humanity, we are looking for a Competent, Skilled, and Experienced Business Development and Donor Relations Manager to work in Uganda.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.
• Bachelor/Master's degree in international development, International Relations, Marketing, Management, Law or relevant Social Science or any related field from a recognized university/institution/certification body.
• A master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tracking, pre-positioning and designing high quality grants with proven track record of successful grant acquisition from bilateral and multilateral donors.
• Experienced networker with strong skills in donor relations at a national and ideally at the international level.
• Solid understanding of the full grant cycle and of grant compliance procedures for major bilateral and multilateral donors.
• Proven experience and skills in proposal writing.
• Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
• Highly proficient at written and spoken English.
• Experience in working and communicating in a multi-cultural environment.
