Applications should be filled in Triplicate (3 copies) in own handwriting using PSC 3(Revised 2008) with attached 3 recent coloured passport size photographs on each form, addressed to the Secretary District Commission, Kwania Po Box 16 Aduku not later than Monday 2nd May 2025 by 5: 00pm. Late applications will not be considered. Application forms can be obtained from Public Service Commission, Kampala or District Service Commission offices Country wide, Or may be downloaded from Public Service Commission website www.publicservice.go.ug

Applicants MUST attach photocopies of academic result slips, Certificates and transcripts, license and certificate of registration, grade III Certificate where applicable, fully certified by awarding Institutions, National Identity card, School/Institutional Identity cards and any other supporting documents. Officers already in Government service MUST route their applications through their Responsible Officers, who should be informed of the closing date to avoid unnecessary delays.
