Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
Location: Kampala

Job Purpose: The post holder will be accountable for the HR administration, resourcing, succession planning, learning and development. reward and employee relations tor the organization. in accordance with HPl's strategic and operational objectives. principles and values


Education: A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Education or a related discipline. A post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management.


Experience: At least 4 years‘ experience working in Human Resource.
