Position Summary:
The Pole Setting and Cable Hauling Teams will be responsible for the physical installation of poles and hauling fiber cables to client premises. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely completion of network installations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform the physical installation of poles and haul fiber cables to the client’s premises.
2. Work efficiently to meet installation targets while adhering to safety protocols.
3. Report daily progress to the Field Operations Manager.
4. Ensure all materials and tools are handled safely and effectively.
5. Maintain high standards of work quality and professionalism on-site.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience in construction, cable installation, or related fields.
• Ability to work with tools and heavy equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors.
• A team player with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
