Who We Are
Amazima Ministries is an established organization that seeks to live out the love of Jesus by educating and empowering the people of the communities we serve.
Amazima has provided scholarship opportunities for vulnerable children for the past twelve years and is excited to open The Amazima Primary School in 2021.
We are looking for Primary Teachers who:
• Are passionate Christ-followers desiring to use their God-given gifts to impact the lives of children
• Engage their students in purposeful learning
• Use assessment to inform their instruction
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new methods of teaching
• Display fluency in English and skill in Mathematics .

Head Teacher
• Possesses a minimum of a Degree in Education
A Deputy Head Teacher
who:
• Possesses a minimum of a Diploma in Education Both possessing strong leadership

P1- P3 Teachers who:
• Possess a minimum of a Grade III certificate in Education
• Are willing to teach multiple subjects to one group of students
P4 and P5 Teachers who:
• Possess a minimum of a Grade Ill certificate in Education
• Are willing to teach either a combination of Science and Math or Social Studies and English

Special Education
Teachers who:
Possess a minimum of a Diploma in Special Education
Are skilled in differentiating teaching to address varying student needs.
Specialty Teachers who possess a minimum of a Grade III certificate to work in the following areas:
1. Art
2. Computer
3. Physical Education/Sports -
4. Luganda
5. Music, Dance & Dram

Teacher Aides who:
• Preferably possess a Grade III certificate in Education
• Are willing to work with a Classroom Teacher to support student learning
