His Kingdom Broadcasting Services is a Christian Media Broadcasting House in Uganda and it is based in Mengo-Kampala operating both a radio and television station. For more information please visit www.kingdomtv.ug. We are seeking competent persons to fill the following vacancy.
2. Television Production Manager (1)
The television (TV) production manager is responsible for all elements of KTV production from conception through to completion with the highest quality standard. S/he is involved at each stage of all KTV productions from initial planning, estimating and scheduling, through filming or recording and production reports. The job holder manages production of different kinds of KTV programs including news and current affairs, reality shows, documentaries, operas, dramas and comedies. S/he oversees departmental equipment, budget and staff. S/he works for smoothly running of KTV productions within specified schedule and budget. Also ensures compliance with the laws governing broadcasting services in Uganda. .

The job requirements include but not limited to:
• Extensive experience in TV production or the Theatre, or Film or Media Industry
• Excellent knowledge and ability to operate all broadcasting equipment and software.
• Excellent knowledge of Movie Magic or Other Scheduling Software
• Excellent organizational abilities to work unsupervised or under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills in word, graphics, designing, recording and data applications
• Excellent interpersonal and skills and ability to work with and learn from others in the team.
• Ability to generate original ideas, and to think creatively about how to communicate them in excellent writing and story-telling which can be adapted for different audiences and platforms.
• Self-motivation, determination, diplomacy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Computer, Film, Digital marketing or closely related fields.
• Mature Christian with strong commitment to strong Christian beliefs.
