JOB SUMMARY:
The ACE Supervisor is responsible for guiding, monitoring, and supporting students through their self directed learning in the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) system, integrating financial literacy, business development, and creative worship arts into student learning. They ensure students stay on track with their PACEs, develop strong Christian character, and achieve academic excellence. The ACE Supervisor ensures the proper application of the ACE system,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Academic Supervision & Student Progress
• Ensure the ACE curriculum is being implemented consistently and effectively across all subjects and grade levels.
• Oversee students’ daily goals and PACE work, ensuring consistent progress.
• Provide individualised instruction and support students in areas of difficulty.
• Administer tests and assessments, ensuring students achieve 80% mastery before progressing.
• Monitor student goal setting, progress charts, and scoring procedures.
• Ensure students are following self-learning principles and accountability systems.

Classroom Management & Discipline
• Maintain a structured and disciplined learning environment, enforcing ACE Learning Center Rules.
• Supervise the scoring station, ensuring honesty and correct self-checking procedures.
• Identify students who need additional help and implement intervention strategies.
• Foster a Christ-centered atmosphere, encouraging spiritual growth and character building.

Teacher Development & Parent Communication
• Assist the Principal in training new teachers in ACE methodology.
• Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on student progress and challenges.
• Work closely with Monitors and the Principal to maintain an effective learning environment.

• Ensure effective integration of financial literacy, business entrepreneurship
• Ensure effective Integration of music, worship, and performing arts into student activities.
• Implement Biblical leadership and discipleship training.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Born again and has a Passion for Christian education and student success.
• Diploma/Degree in Education or Christian Studies.
• Familiarity with the ACE curriculum or willingness to undergo training.
• Strong mentorship and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Student Academic Progress: Ensure students achieve expected learning outcomes in line with the ACE Curriculum.
• Teacher Professional Development: Track teacher participation in professional development activities.
• Parent Engagement: Enhance parent involvement and satisfaction in student academic progress.
• Success of student-led entrepreneurship projects.
• Growth of Worship Creative Arts initiatives.
• Effective implementation of ACE methodologies.
