About the Client
Biyinzika Poultry International Limited (BPIL) is Uganda’s leading integrated poultry company. BPIL produces high-quality day-old chicks, HACCP-certified animal feed, and chicken meat products under the Pearl Chicken brand. With over 40 branches, BPIL is a trusted name in Uganda and the East African region.

Responsibilities
Planning and Implementation
• Collaborate with the National Sales Managers and Commercial Executive/Director to execute the marketing plan.
• Develop and manage marketing communications to align with company messages and BPIL standards.
• Gather and analyze customer and shopper insights to identify opportunities and drive initiatives.
• Implement marketing research plans and share findings for effective decision-making.
• Ensure product launch plans meet corporate standards.
• Develop and implement customer care tools to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in marketing budget development and optimize return on investment.
Coordination
• Coordinate urgent tactical marketing initiatives.
• Align marketing activities across BPIL to maximize synergy.
• Analyze customer care feedback to reduce complaints and improve customer experience.
Advisory Role
• Prepare and submit timely reports on marketing and promotional activities to the Commercial Executive/Director.
Supplier and Client Relationship Management
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Person Specification
Education and Training
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.
• Professional qualification in marketing is an added advantage.
Skills and Experience
• 5–6 years of experience in a similar role within a world-class commercial business.
• Strong ability to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
• Proven expertise in analyzing customer insights and implementing research findings.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing investments.
