DISPOSAL OF ASSETS 2025

The Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO) Uganda is a non-governmental organization committed to empowering communities to meet their psychosocial and mental health needs. Since 1994, TPO Uganda has been providing psychosocial support and mental health care to individuals and communities displaced and affected by war and related crimes, poverty, Gender Based Violence (GBV), children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS as well as emergency response and building capacity of government and partners.

Interested bidders are hereby invited to submit sealed bids clearly marked "DISPOSAL OF USED ASSETS, 2025", addressed to the Procurement Committee, TPO Uganda Head Office, plot 652, block 257 Wamala close Munyonyo by 30<sup>th</sup> April 2025 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Late bids will not be accepted. All bidders should clearly indicate their daytime contact numbers and email addresses on the bid Documents. The items shall be sold on "as is, where is" basis and TPO will have no further liability after the goods are sold. Open viewing of the items will be in Mbarara where the items are kept. No viewing will be done on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The bidders will pay for all costs relating to transportation & transfer of the assets.

There shall be an online bid opening on 2<sup>nd</sup> May 2025, a link will be shared. Only Successful bidders will be contacted by 23<sup>rd</sup> May 2025. TPO Uganda reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without giving any reason(s).
