Job Summary:

Heads the human resource function, overseeing recruitment, talent management, and employee welfare.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Lead recruitment and training programs
  • Manage employee relations and performance appraisal
  • Ensure HR compliance and best practices

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate training in HR is preferred
  • At least 6 years’ HR experience, with 3 in a senior role

Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong people management and communication
  • Strategic HR planning
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems
