JOB DETAILS:

Primary function:

Learn about executing oilfield mechanical equipment operations and participate in oilfield mechanical equipment common maintenance and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities:  

• Participate in executing new oil field mechanical commissioning and start-up.
• Assist in collecting mechanical-related issues left out by the engineering unit and follow up.
• Learn to manage emergency response as per the Emergency response plan.
• Participate in operating mechanical equipment, conducting routine checks and records management.
• Assist in handling mechanical abnormalities and report to senior mechanical technicians; cooperate with other departments when necessary.
• Participate in executing mechanical equipment preventive maintenance as per PM plan.
• Ensure worksite cleanliness and safety is maintained.
• Support in coordinating and supervising mechanic-related contractor onsite work.
• Execute instructions from senior mechanic technicians.
• Participate in all training programs organized by the Company
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years’ work experience is preferred with Oil & Gas industry background.

Knowledge

Knowledge of mechanical and preventive maintenance.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
