JOB SUMMARY:
The ACE Monitor assists the ACE Supervisor in managing student learning, ensuring proper PACE procedures, scoring, and maintaining discipline. They provide general support in the learning center and help students with minor questions before directing them to the Supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Student Assistance & Learning Support
• Help students with minor questions before directing them to the Supervisor.
• Ensure students are following PACE guidelines and setting achievable goals.
• Monitor scoring stations, ensuring students correct errors properly.
• Assist in maintaining discipline and order in the learning center.
Administrative Support
• Distribute and organize PACEs, score keys, and student progress records.
• Assist with record-keeping, grading, and updating student files.
• Ensure learning center resources are organized and properly maintained.
Spiritual & Character Development
• Encourage students to develop good habits, discipline, and Christian values.
• Assist in leading devotions, prayer sessions, and scripture memorization.
Integration of Business Entrepreneur and Creative Arts
• Ensure effective integration of financial literacy, business entrepreneurship
• Ensure effective Integration of music, worship, and performing arts into student activities.
• Implement Biblical leadership and discipleship training.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
JD Monitor - Landa Schools 1 of 2
• Born again and has a Passion for Christian education and student success.
• Certificate/Diploma in Education or Christian Ministry (preferred)..
• Familiarity with the ACE curriculum or willingness to undergo training.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work with children and encourage Christian character development.
• Passion for Christian education and student support.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Student Progress: Ensure that students meet academic milestones and learning goals.
• Classroom Engagement: Foster an engaging and motivating classroom environment.
• Teacher Support: Provide consistent support to teachers and students for optimal learning outcomes.

AGREEMENT
This job description will be agreed between the post holder and the line manager/designee to whom s/he is accountable to. It may be reviewed in light of experience, changes and developments.
All employees are responsible for ensuring they attend the relevant mandatory Devotion, staff meeting, training as agreed with their line manager and management. It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure they follow the latest version of all policies and procedures which apply to them.
