Job Summary
SR Afro Chicks and Breeders Ltd we are a large-scale poultry company in Uganda. We seek a highly motivated and
results-driven Poultry Feeds Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
promoting and selling our poultry feeds to farmers, distributors, and other customers in Uganda.
Position Responsibilities:
• Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell our poultry feeds to farmers, distributors, and other customers in
Uganda.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
customers, including farmers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
challenges in the poultry feed market in Uganda.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our poultry feeds, including their
features, benefits, and applications.
• Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and development of our business in
Uganda.
• Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit sales reports and perform other administrative tasks
as required.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of our team, including production, logistics, and
customer service staff.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the poultry or animal feed industry.
• Veterinary Knowledge and skills shall be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and
as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of the poultry industry, including poultry production, nutrition, and health.
