Job Overview:
AIT is seeking a Projects Manager to lead the technical team in project origination, development, and execution. The role involves overseeing engineering, project management, and sourcing teams, ensuring the delivery of technically and financially viable solar projects. The ideal candidate MUST have a strong technical background in solar project development and execution, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead AIT’s technical team and project execution arm (engineering, project management, sourcing).
2. Drive project efficiency from development to commercial operation.
3. Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for quality, speed, safety, and value creation.
4. Set execution strategies and align teams across projects.
5. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term growth strategies.
6. Track and improve key performance metrics (cost, quality, time).
7. Develop commercial cost strategies to enhance project value.
8. Support sales and development teams with EPC strategies.
9. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
10. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
11. Ensure high safety and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement.
12. Monitor industry trends and implement best practices in solar and energy storage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale C&I project design and engineering.
• Proficiency in PV design software (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
