JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new clients for cleaning and waste management services.
- Negotiate contracts and upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a CRM database to track leads, sales, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in cleaning or facility services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
