JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in social media management and website maintenance.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, PHP, CSS, ASP, WordPress, and social media analytics tools.
• Knowledge of international languages (e.g., French) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle stress, multitask, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all company social media accounts and content creation.
• Align social media strategies with marketing goals and product launches.
• Supervise social media teams and content creators.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ROI.
• Train staff on brand guidelines and social media use.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and manage brand reputation.
• Organize marketing events and media placements (TV, radio, newspapers).
• Maintain content calendars and moderate online communities.

Work Environment:

• Frequent travel to external locations.
• Long hours and on-call availability may be required.
