The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at UBTS Procurement and Disposal Unit, Floor 1, UBTS Nakasero Premises on Plot 69/3 Nakasero Hill Road, Kampala, Uganda, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only).
