Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Supervisor Sales and Marketing to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and promoting our full range of services to potential clients. You will work closely with the BDE sales team to create campaigns that align with sales goals and enhance lead generation efforts, while ensuring that our marketing efforts are optimized for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads for BPA, CRM, GRC, BDS, and BPO services.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging content for online and offline materials, including website copy, blog posts, brochures, case studies, and social media posts, highlighting the value of our services.
• Social Media and Website Management: Manage and regularly update the company’s social media channels and website to ensure content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with current trends.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns that drive lead generation and support sales targets, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
• Customer Engagement and Cross-Selling: Engage with clients to promote and cross-sell Aspire 2 Inspire Innovations’ products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Sales Training Participation: Attend all sales training sessions to stay informed on product updates, enhance your understanding of customer needs, and improve sales conversion rates.
• Sales Meetings and Strategy Execution: Participate in sales hurdles and meetings to organize workflow, monitor trends, and implement action plans to improve sales performance.
• Competitor and Product/Service Strategy: Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to refine product and service strategies, focusing on fast-moving solutions to remain competitive.
• Customer Record and Sales Activity Management: Keep updated and accurate customer records, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining detailed documentation of all sales activities, customer feedback, and results.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and adjust marketing campaign performance to maximize effectiveness and improve ROI. Report on the impact of marketing activities and their alignment with business objectives.
• Event Organization: Plan, organize, and participate in webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events to showcase Aspire 2 Inspire Innovations' services and build brand presence.
• SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing: Utilize SEO, SEM, and email marketing techniques to drive traffic to the company’s website, optimize lead generation, and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Marketing Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that strategies are cost-effective and deliver maximum value to target audiences.
Customer Care Services Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support for all customer service needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Customer Feedback & Support: Actively listen to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely and effective solutions to maintain long-term relationships.
• Cross-Selling & Product Promotion: Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell Aspire 2 Inspire Innovations' services, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs and effectively tailoring solutions.
• Service Quality Monitoring: Monitor the quality of service delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Customer Record Maintenance: Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system, maintaining confidentiality and precise records.
• Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer concerns and queries, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Client Engagement: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and offer relevant services to enhance their experience and drive continued business.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing updates on customer interactions, managing relationships, and helping to close deals based on customer feedback and needs.
• Regular Reporting: Provide regular updates on customer service activities, issues, and feedback to senior management to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Additional Duties: Take on other tasks assigned by management to support the growth of the company and client engagement efforts.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in the technology services or B2B industry (BPA, CRM, GRC, BDS, BPO).
• Strong sales skills with a track record of successfully identifying and closing business opportunities.
• Strong skills in content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and using analytics to improve campaign performance.
• Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for managing leads, sales activities, and customer service interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company objectives.
Additional Skills:
• Experience with digital marketing tools, email campaigns, and marketing automation software.
• Familiarity with business development practices and sales strategies in the B2B sector.
• Ability to stay current with market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
