Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) who will also serve as a key point of contact for our customers to develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the customer lifecycle to drive the growth of our services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with client needs and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for BPA, CRM, GRC, BDS, and BPO services.
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify new business leads by researching potential clients, market trends, and competitors. Use CRM tools to maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track progress.
• Client Relationship Building: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and service needs.
• Product Presentations and Sales Meetings: Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and follow-up calls to close deals. Effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to customize and tailor solutions that meet the unique business needs of clients. Ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.
• Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the client and the company.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales trends and client feedback, providing regular reports to senior management. Proactively adjust strategies to improve sales performance.
• Cross-Selling and Upselling: Engage with clients to promote and cross-sell Aspire 2 Inspire Innovations' products/services, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs to effectively tailor solutions and increase revenue.
• Sales Training Participation: Attend all sales training sessions to ensure robust product knowledge, enhance sales conversions, and stay updated on emerging customer needs and market trends.
• Sales Meetings and Strategy Implementation: Attend sales hurdles and meetings to organize workflow, share insights, and monitor sales performance. Work on implementing action plans to improve overall sales performance.
• Product/Service Strategy Alignment: Align product and service strategies with competitor analysis, focusing on fast-moving products and services to stay competitive in the market.
• Customer Record Maintenance: Maintain updated and accurate customer records, ensuring all documentation remains confidential and precise.
• Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions to their challenges, handling inquiries, and proactively engaging with clients to build long-term relationships.
• Sales Activity Documentation: Keep detailed records of all sales activities, including customer feedback and relevant data, providing regular reports to management.
• Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed performance targets set by the supervisor sales and marketing.

Customer Care Responsibilities:
• Client Support & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering high-quality support, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
• Issue Resolution & Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and provide solutions promptly and professionally to maintain positive client relationships.
• Service Quality & Monitoring: Monitor and assess the quality of services delivered, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve service issues.
• Customer Feedback: Actively gather and document customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement of products and services.
• Client Engagement: Regularly check in with clients to assess their needs, provide updates, and ensure they are getting the most value from Aspire 2 Inspire Innovations’ services.
• Escalation Handling: Identify, address, and escalate any issues that require immediate attention or further action from senior management.
• Client Retention & Loyalty: Develop strategies to retain customers, strengthen relationships, and promote brand loyalty through exceptional customer service.
• Additional Duties: Take on any other tasks assigned by management to support the company's growth, client engagement, and service delivery.

Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in the technology or services industry (BPA, CRM, GRC, BDS,
• BPO).
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) to manage leads
• and sales activities / opportunities, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor sales trends and adjust strategies as needed.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales performance.
• Ability to provide proactive and responsive customer service, with a focus on
• maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with competitive landscape and market trends in the tech/service industry is a plus.

Additional Skills:
• Must have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and track sales and service performance.
• Ability to stay current with market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
