JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
- Manage and monitor yogurt production processes to ensure quality consistency.
- Implement and oversee quality control protocols aligned with regulations.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment (pasteurizers, fermenters, packaging machinery).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in yogurt production.
- Strong understanding of dairy processing.
- Knowledge of quality control systems, food safety protocols, and hygiene practices.
