Position Summary
Job tittle: Sales supervisor
Reports to: Team lead
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in achieving LZ Technologies sales goals. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales operations, guiding sales representatives, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of software sales, and a passion for driving business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with pharmacies and healthcare providers.
• Conduct sales training and coaching sessions to improve team performance.
• Monitor sales activities, analyse performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee client acquisition, contract negotiations, and closing of high-value deals.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting pharmacy software.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and facilitating software improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in software sales, IT solutions, or the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• High level of motivation and the ability to inspire a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
