JOB DETAILS:
Major Activities
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies
• Load & reconcile all Sales Vans
• Handle all bulk customer sales at the HQ with support from the Manager
• Receive,count & reconcile stock purchases against the delivery notes from Factory (Namanve)
• Work closely with the team to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures, including stock rotation, First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principles, and proper storage practices.
• Continuously improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize stock availability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Daily stock counts should be made and variances closed
• All stock loaded on Vans should be properly counted and reconciled without fail
• Sales to bulk customers should be properly counted and recorded, and payments made to Manager
• Stock in should be properly verified before & during offloading
• Verifying purchased stock items received against items ordered , stock properly stored, Load out & In carefully verified
• Ensure FEFO is implemented and guide on every stock taken out of the store
• Ensure all stock is easily accessible, properly lablled for easy counting and ensure its properly arranged
